Exterior Care, Elevated.

The work hasn't changed. How we reach it has.

Why drone cleaning

Safer. Faster. More cost effective.

Drone deployment does not change the cleaning methods. It changes how the equipment reaches the surface. That single change rewrites the safety profile, the timeline and the cost of the job.

01.

Safer

36%of US construction deaths in 2024 were caused by falls

Nobody climbs or ties off. Falls caused 373 of the 1,034 construction fatalities recorded by the Bureau of Labor Statistics in 2024, the latest year published.

02.

Faster

Hoursinstead of days on site

Hours of rigging and days of work compress into a fraction of the time.

03.

More cost effective

Zerolifts, scaffolds or swing stages to rent

No lift rental, no scaffolding, no swing stages, and a smaller crew on site.

Why drones

The drone does the climbing

The methods are the ones this trade has trusted for decades. What we changed is how they reach the surface, so a job that used to take three days of scaffolding takes hours, and nobody has to climb.

200 ftThe approximate working ceilingAnd climbing higher as the technology and regulations adapt.
3,500 PSI*Pressure WashingThe pressure coming out and doing the cleaning high above, at a rate of 8 GPM*.
12 GPM*Soft WashingThe rate of water flow coming out at 300 PSI*, covering large surface areas with the perfect solution mix and then rinsing it off.

*PSI pounds per square inch, the pressure the water leaves the nozzle at.
*GPM gallons per minute, how much water flows through it.

The whole property

Every surface, studied before it is touched

No two properties are the same. This is how we look at each.

The envelopeThe structures we work on span a wide range of materials. A large warehouse may be primarily block and concrete, while a hangar is often sheet metal. A higher-end hotel can combine four or five materials on a single elevation, each with its own limits for pressure and chemistry. Add everything from standard windows to full curtain walls, along with the variety of roofing materials above, and every building calls for a careful approach. We assess each surface before we touch it, then match our cleaning method to what it can safely handle.
FlatworkGround-level surfaces take a different kind of beating. Walkways, driveways, and other flatwork face foot and vehicle traffic, oil, salt, and constant exposure to the weather. Organic growth adds another challenge, making walkways slippery. Concrete and pavers can generally handle more pressure, while wood and composite call for a gentler approach. The surfaces may all be flat, but each needs a cleaning method suited to its material and condition.
The extrasSome work falls outside those categories but matters just as much. Dirt buildup can reduce solar panel output, and clogged gutters can cause water to back up against the fascia before the problem is visible from the ground. Shrink wrapping helps protect outdoor furniture and other items through harsh winters, extending their useful life and reducing the need for indoor storage. Our services continue to grow as we find more ways to help you care for your property.
What we do

The entire building envelope, roofline down to pavement.

SPRKL Co. was built to specialize in non-residential structures, from a single office building to a hospital campus or a museum, and most things in between, and we did not leave out residential.

We clean the entire building envelope, roofline down to pavement, matching the method to whatever the surface can safely take. Where a building qualifies we do that work by drone, so there’s no scaffolding, no lifts, and nobody working at height. A separate division, SPRKL Fleet, covers anything that moves.

SPRKL Fleet

Everything on wheels, on water, and in the air

Fleets have their own needs, so we gave them their own SPRKL Co. division. Residential covers inside and out. Commercial and municipal fleet care focuses on exterior services, including scheduled washes and undercoating to help keep vehicles in service longer.
