Where we will truly shine
SPRKL Co. was built from day one around clear processes and systems, designed from the franchisee side by people with twenty-five years of experience on both sides of a franchise system. That was always the point.
We are not offering franchises yet. What we are doing is collecting the names of people who want to know first when we do.
SPRKL Co. started with a challenge: build a business model with real franchising potential, built from the franchisee side, and be part of the ground floor of a brand new industry, doing it right from the very beginning. Behind that sits twenty-five years of experience building and running franchise systems, having learned firsthand what works from both the franchisor and the franchisee side.
That experience is why SPRKL Co. was built from day one around clear processes and systems, designed to help every crew work more efficiently and more safely. It is also why the vision does not stop at Long Island: the long-term plan is to eventually offer SPRKL Co. itself as a franchise opportunity, giving similarly driven people around the world the chance to build something the same way we did.

Ground floor of a brand new category
A category that barely exists yet
Drone-powered exterior cleaning is new enough that most property owners have never been offered it. Being early in a category is not a small advantage.
Systems built before scale
Processes, protocols and training were designed during the year and a half before the first job, not retrofitted afterwards to make franchising possible.
A safety story that sells itself
Falls to a lower level caused roughly 36% of US construction deaths in 2024. Removing the climb from exterior work is a proposition that does not need embellishing.
